Refunds & Adjustments

If you're not completely happy with your results, no worries! We offer a 1-week window for complimentary adjustments, as long as it’s something you discussed with your stylist during the consultation. If you decide to change your look after the service, additional charges will apply. Services are non-refundable. Management reserves all rights

Cancellations

We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. (this applies for ALL late cancellations sickness. emergencies, etc.) If you fail to provide 24 hours notice when cancelling/rescheduling your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the appointment booked service.

No-show

If you no-show for your appointment without providing notice, you will be charged 100% of the appointment booked.

*service fee will be required to book any and all future appointments.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept: Cash, Visa. MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay *Gratuity is accepted in Cash or Venmo

Consultations

Consultations are complimentary and required for all new color services, including Lightening, Balayage, and Grey Blending.
